“

Taking part in the Level 5 Advanced Certificate in Strategic Wellbeing Leadership has been a real turning point in how we approach wellbeing at Adient.

Before joining the programme, I knew we needed a structured approach, but I wasn’t sure how to bring everything together in a way that would make a real, measurable impact.

The curriculum gave me the knowledge, confidence, and strategic insight to design a wellbeing strategy that works. One of the biggest successes has been embedding the WLA’s Culture Change Framework for mental health.

The results speak for themselves—we reduced our workplace stress and mental health-related sickness absence by 41% in just 12 months.

Seeing that impact in real numbers has reinforced just how vital a structured wellbeing strategy is for both our people and the business.
