That’s why our programme includes comprehensive evaluation and reporting, providing tangible evidence of the training’s effectiveness in terms of improving people managers knowledge, skills and confidence in using the Managers Toolkit.
Using pre- and post-training questionnaires, Net Promoter Scores, learner feedback and facilitator insights we ensure that every aspect of the training is thoroughly evaluated. You will receive a detailed report and participate in an evaluation meeting at the conclusion of the programme delivery.
