The Level 3, Preventing Work-related Stress and Supporting Mental Health Training for Managers can be delivered using a face-to-face, online approach or a mix of both to meet the needs of your managers.

Managers are expected to complete a 2-hour eLearning module before they attend the 4-hour virtual Masterclass. Managers are given around 2-3 weeks to complete the eLearning before attending the Masterclass. The Masterclass is interactive and engaging, involving delegates in break out group discussions, skills practice, polls, peer-to-peer learning, videos, and activities in their workbooks.

The full day face-to-face training is delivered for you in-house. The day runs from 9am-5pm with 2 x 15 minute comfort breaks and 1x 30 min lunch break. Managers attending the course are required to complete a short pre-learning exercise before they attend the training.

To ensure full flexibility to meet the needs of your business we also provide a blended delivery approach. Managers are required to complete the 2-hour eLearning as pre-course work then attend a 4-hour face to face Masterclass to complete their learning.

Yes, we highly recommend for larger organisations with more complex cultures that we run a pilot first. Our pilot programme consists of a Co-design meeting with a range of people managers and key stakeholders, the Pilot Cohort, to ensure a broader understanding of HR and people manager’s needs. We then customise the pilot Level 3, Preventing Work-related Stress and Supporting Mental Health Training for Managers and deliver it to the Pilot Cohort. The Pilot Cohort is between 10-12 participants, this ensures plenty of time for live feedback for what works well, and improvements required before rolling out the programme. The Pilot Programme also includes full evaluation on the pilot delivery and a report meeting with Emma. Final Changes will be made to further bespoke the training before rolling out accordingly.
