This accredited Level 3 in Workplace Wellbeing Training gives you the foundational knowledge, skills and confidence to support wellbeing leadership in your workplace with credibility and impact.

Is the course face-to-face or online?
The Level 3 Preventing Work-related Stress and Supporting Mental Health Training for Managers can be done as a blended course, with both online and in-person learning, or it can be done fully online or in-person.
How many people will be on the course?
Our training sessions are designed for groups of 10 to 18 learners. We limit the amount of people on the course to ensure the most effective learning environment.
Is the course fully accredited?
Upon successfully completing the Level 3 Preventing Work-related Stress and Supporting Mental Health Training for Managers, you receive an accredited certification, which not only acknowledges your accomplishment but also bolsters their credibility as leaders committed to cultivating a mentally healthy workplace culture.
How is the training taught?
The Preventing Work-related Stress and Supporting Mental Health Training for Managers is a 6-hour educational experience thoughtfully crafted to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
There are 8 different masterclass modules to complete, including Tackling Stigma, Preventing Stress, and Enhanced Communication Skills. The course is delivered flexibly to suit the needs of your managers and the business.

- Understand stress, pressure, and mental health in the workplace

As the architect of The Certified Wellbeing Leader Progression Pathway, Emily has shaped a nationally accredited, evidence-based career framework that empowers HR and wellbeing professionals to progress from foundational skills to strategic boardroom influence.
A true leader in workplace wellbeing and mental health
Emily has also led innovative interventions in the workplace wellbeing sector, including mental health training programmes such as the Level 5 Advanced Certificate in Strategic Wellbeing Leadership, the ManBassador Programme and the Level 3 Preventing Work-related Stress & Supporting Mental Health course
