Depending on your package, you’ll have access to personalised mentoring sessions with Emily Pearson who provides guidance, insights, and strategies to help you excel in your role and create impact. The Aspiring Package includes 2 x 30 minute mentoring sessions a year. The Advanced Package includes 4 x 1 hour mentoring sessions a year. The Team Package includes 2 x 1 hour team mentoring sessions per year.

The Advanced Package allows you to bring up to two guest participants from within your organisation to non-accredited workshops or talks hosted as part of the membership. You can invite colleagues or team members who would benefit from the workshops or talks, such as managers, HR professionals, or other workplace wellbeing champions.

Networking lunches are optional add-ons available on a Pay-As-You-Go basis. They’re an opportunity to connect in person with like-minded professionals, share insights, and build your network in a relaxed setting.

We use Zoom for the optimal learner experience. This ensures smooth delivery in a highly engaging learning platform. You can join Zoom event without downloading the app via your browser. You can also join Zoom events easily on your phone or personal devices where work devices block Zoom. 

The Community Forum is a dedicated WhatsApp group exclusively for members of the Wellbeing Lead Collective, including diploma alumni, to connect, share resources, ask questions, and support each other in their workplace wellbeing journey.

2. Who can join the forum?
The forum is open to all Wellbeing Lead Collective members at every level of experience, from aspiring wellbeing leads to advanced leaders, as well as alumni of the Wellbeing Lead Diploma.

3. What can I use the forum for?
You can use the forum to:

  • Share useful resources, tools, and insights.
  • Ask questions and seek advice on challenges.
  • Build connections with like-minded professionals.
  • Provide and receive support for your wellbeing initiatives.
  • Have some fun and celebrate wins with the community!

4. How do I join the forum?
Once you become a member, you’ll receive an invitation link to join the WhatsApp group. Simply click the link to join and introduce yourself to the community!

5. Is the forum moderated?
Yes, the forum is lightly moderated to ensure it remains a safe, respectful, and supportive space for all members.

6. Can I leave the forum if I no longer wish to participate?
Of course! You can leave the forum at any time. However, we’d love to have you stay and contribute to the growing community of wellbeing leads.

7. Will my contact information be visible to other members?
As this is a WhatsApp group, your name and phone number will be visible to other members. We encourage respectful and professional interactions in line with the group’s purpose.

8. Is participation in the forum mandatory?
Not at all! While the forum is a great way to connect and learn, it’s entirely optional. You’re welcome to engage as much or as little as you prefer.

9. Can I promote my own services or products in the forum?
The forum is primarily for collaboration and support. No promotional content should shared without being pre-approved by the moderators to ensure it adds value to the community.

10. What’s the tone of the forum?
We aim for a supportive, professional, and light-hearted atmosphere. This is a space where you can both seek expert advice and enjoy the camaraderie of a like-minded community.
